Veeta Engel holds a Master of Social Work from McGill University and has specialized post-graduate training in individual, analytically-oriented psychotherapy and couple and family therapy from the Argyle Institute of Human Relations in Montreal. A member of the Order of Social Workers and Couple and Family Therapists of Quebec (OTSTCFQ), she holds the reserved titles of Professional Social Worker (PSW) and Marital and Family Therapist (MFT). Veeta is also a member of the American Association of Marital and Family Therapists (AAMFT). As a psychotherapist in private practice for over 20 years, Veeta has lent her expertise to countless individuals, couples and families. As well, she is a core staff member of the Argyle Institute’s Individual Psychotherapy Training Program where she is a clinical supervisor and teacher.
